High standard; well equipped bathroom; nice garden; breakfast on the rooftop; within walking distance from train station; room had balcony and temperature was good.

Breakfast ok, but a few more options would be nice. Corner room was small and had little sunlight. The bed was a bit too hard and noisy.

Lovely staff, convenient location but no air conditioning.

The property is clean and close to the Roma termini train station. This makes it an ideal location for those in transit. The breakfast was great and there are lots of options for everyone. They even had GF cereal and dairy free milk options.

There is no air conditioner in the hotel. I didn’t mind but not everyone can tolerate that. The property while clean is in an area that you do need to be aware in. However, it is a major city so that comes with city issues such as homeless people. Fortunately they don’t hang around the hotel.

Good stay without sleep and mosquitos bites

The nature and staff were perfect

The AC was off and we had to open the window because it was too hot in which the mosquitos bitten us. Since the window is open it was very noisy

Staff was awesome. Breakfast was good. Place was clean and quiet. Staff was excellent!

Air conditioning didn't work. Would have been nice to have an actual queen bed instead of 2 singles pushed together.

Nice and value for money

The place old but look nice. Staff really friendly. Breakfast is fantastic and variety. We went on new year eve, the room is not far from Roma termini station. Each room have their own patio to hangout which is really nice

Some facilities like water and heater is quite old but still be able to use in OK condition

A stay that is safe with a good breakfast

Clean, good views, high ceilings, decent breakfast (same repeated all days)

Exhaust fan was not working as well as could not use the locker . Talked to reception about both and they said they will get it rectified but no one came around.

Decent location, near Termini station, good staff, all in all good experience

Very good breakfast, clean rooms, kind staff especially the staff at the breakfast.

Hotel needs renovations, it’s outdated in many ways, the ventilation system didn’t work in the bathroom and it often had a very bad sewage smell in the morning.

The buffet was enjoyable and the room was large.

The room was big and the view of the garden was lovely. Close enough to the main train station. The buffet breakfast offered a large range of choices and the cappuccinos were delicious.

Nothing stood out that I did not like.

I liked that it was quiet with friendly staff and pretty clean.

It was impossible to change the temperature at the Aircon. Also the internet was truly poor.

Great 2 days stay with my family

What a great stay , very friendly staff esp the female receptionist Laura which was always smiling. Very nice large cosy calm room. Clean toilet . Breakfast was amazing with a very nice view.

Little far from train station esp if have alot of bags. No staff to take your bags to the room but it was not a big deal .
